The National Disability Leadership Organisation (NDLO) is an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to creating a voice for the disability sector. 

 
Each year the NDLO hosts a series of events across the country which both recognise efforts in the sector, highlights the issues facing Australian communities, and advocates for change. 

The 'Disability Sector Awards' Gala is held on the first night of the largest disability and NDIS-related event in Australian history, the Disability Connection Expos, presented by Developing Australian Communities, members of whom are engaged to also stage the Gala.

The awards are targeted specifically at recognising the front line work of dedicated people living with disability, professionals, volunteers and staff working within the sector. This is a night to celebrate the people on ground making changes.
